Grain is an installation performance, based on the repetitive nature of life; The cycles that we cannot escape and struggle to come to terms with that fact.

A triptych consisting of chinese pole, contemporary floorwork, live projection, film and spoken word; All which articulate different views of these cycles we all experience.
